Your custom cake or jewellery can be designed to resemble any real cake or one of my existing cakes - miniatures or jewellery- with personalized alterations such as flavors and toppings.

My miniature cakes are just as special as their full-sized counterparts, with their own unique charm and handmade touch. Each one is hand-crafted with care, resulting in its own individual "imperfections" that make it truly one-of-a-kind.

How do custom orders work?
You fill in the form with all the details about your cake or cake-themed jewellery proposal and I send you a quote. If you are happy with the quote, I will create a listing or invoice for a non-refundable deposit (half the item's price). Once the deposit is paid, I will start working on your piece. Once the piece is completed, I will send you a picture and if you're happy with the look you can settle the remainder and I will post your piece to you.
Depending on the complexity of the piece, I may need to email you pictures of the progress. I kindly ask that you check your emails regularly to avoid delays.
Please note that the quote is for the cake/jewellery only and it does not include postage and packaging charges, VAT or custom fees.
What kind of details do you need from me?
Anything you can think of aside the questions in the form.
For example: Size (in cm preferably), quantity, whole/in slices/with slices cut out, etc (as this will impact the work involved and therefore the price), plates, cake stands, cutlery, etc.
If it's jewellery, please remember to state what sort of findings (metal components) you would like. I work with silver plated earring hooks that are hypoallergenic (lead, cadmium and nickel free) If you have an allergy to any alloys please let me know if you'd like sterling silver or stainless steel earring parts.
If you have a reference picture please attach it to the form.

Returns,refunds & cancellations
I don't accept returns on custom orders due to their personalised nature. Sales are final.
I understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel your custom order. If you've already paid the deposit, please note that this is not refundable.
